HELP WANTED: Customer Service - DJs, Techs, Audio Pros

So, I just got wind that we are hiring here. We are basically looking for people to help with Customer Service issues such as answer emails, calls, etc. - provide Sales Support, Customer Service, Tech Support, and Just Answer general questions/emails.

Knowledge of any Professional Audio / Visual system required. This means DJ, Pro Audio, Recording, Pro Video, Broadcast, Stage/Pro Lighting, and Technicians.

Pay based on your experience

In an effort to keep our costs down to our customers, this is a TELECOMMUTING POSITION ONLY.

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE reliable PC (able to run multiple programs)
- a broadband connection
- separate phone line for incoming calls (voip ok - but must be good quality)
- Knowledgeable with Internet technologies (chat, email, google!)
- Multi-tasker - Ability to solve issues quickly using a multitude of tools (search, service manuals, catalogs, im). Whatever it takes to provide the customer with the proper answer quickly.
- Min 35WPM typing speed
- English should be your first language for U.S. based reps.
- If Spanish, French, or Russian is your first language, but you also Speak English, we want you also! (work from your country!)
- Polite and courteous nature - absolutely NO STREET SLANG or attitude
